Judge rules in Cardiff City favour
Just after 2pm on Wednesday 19th February it emerged that Langston (Sam Hamman) had lost its case for a summary judgment. The judge ruled that Cardiff City had every chance of winning if the case goes to full court so a summary judgment in this instance was not appropiate.
Call me skeptical but as Hamman once said no Sam at Cardiff City, no Cardiff City then we can only presume its Mr Hamman trying to get back into the club that he ‘loves’. Yes ‘loves’ in the loosest sense of word. It will be interesting to see if an out of court settlement can be made especially as Hamman sees so hell bent on getting the club back, especially as we potentially have a huge asset in the new stadium, a friend of mine (a Wimbledon Fan) commented that Hamman wants back in to sell the stadium to a private company to bad the cash, I laughed but at but I wonder if he is correct….
